Hair loss treatment using PRP - plasma therapy (U225 applicator)
This treatment involves the application of autologous plasma enriched with blood platelets, which exploits the regenerating potential of platelets. PRP therapy can activate 80 % of growth factors such that they activate hair follicles and trigger the growth of healthy strong hair. Platelets and growth factors together “realign” your hair follicles away from the shedding phase to the growth phase.

Course of treatment
A small amount of blood taken using a special kit (the RegenACR Kit) is used to prepare an autologous plasma rich in blood platelets through centrifugation in 10 minutes. We subsequently apply the activated plasma using a cutting edge pain-free injector (the U225 injector) into the areas treated. Reddening and skin tension occurs after the procedure, but this will subside within 24 hours.
Treatment frequency
The speed of response is individual, and an effect is seen after the first treatment. In general, it is recommended that you undertake the procedure 3 – 4 times at around 1-month intervals. Maintenance: 1 treatment every 6 – 12 – 18 – 24 months.
Instructions after treatment
We recommend you do not wash your hair on the day after treatment.
